朱旭芳,女,湖北天門人,1978年10月生,現(xiàn)任海軍工程大學(xué)電子工程學(xué)院講師,研究方向?yàn)殡娐放c系統(tǒng)。曾在國內(nèi)核心期刊發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。
