本教材由兩大模塊組成:模塊--機械部分 (ME)、模塊 =電源 Eletricint )和電子(AV)介紹，全書共分為14課。模塊.的內容包括機械部分的系統。對飛機操作系統、空調與增壓系統、燃油系統、液壓系統、氣動系統、引用水及廢水及發動機潤滑油七個學習情境進行了專業的英文介紹。模塊二對飛機上的通訊系統、電源系統、外部電源、導航、通信、防火、燈光、警告七個學習情境進行了專業的英文介紹。這些英語學習情境結合航空專業材料，通過聽、說、讀、寫、譯的語言訓練，使學生輕松掌握飛機主要系統的英文術語、專業詞匯、縮略詞、高頻句型與難句，讓學生能夠讀懂英文資料。
