中華人民共和國涉外法規(guī)匯編(2013) 作者簡介

　　2018年3月17日第十三屆全國人民代表大會第一次會議通過《關(guān)于國務院機構(gòu)改革方案的決定》，將司法部和國務院法制辦公室的職責整合，重新組建司法部，作為國務院組成部門。其主要職責是，負責有關(guān)法律和行政法規(guī)草案起草，負責立法協(xié)調(diào)和備案審查、解釋，綜合協(xié)調(diào)行政執(zhí)法，指導行政復議應訴，負責普法宣傳，負責監(jiān)獄、戒毒、社區(qū)矯正管理，負責律師公證和司法鑒定仲裁管理，承擔國家司法協(xié)助等。
