該書(shū)主要從中國(guó)和中東歐國(guó)家合作以及維謝格拉德集團(tuán)四國(guó)（指波蘭、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利）視角看“一帶一路”倡議，共包括5個(gè)板塊，分別為：“一帶一路”的理論和歷史背景，“一帶一路”的法律、安全和環(huán)境條件，“一帶一路”的經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融和社會(huì)動(dòng)力，中歐經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)和“17+1合作”以及案例研究：捷中經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)。 This book covers the theoretical and historical background of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), its legal, security and environmental preconditions as well as economic, finan and so motivations, and China’s interaction with the world economy, etc. It reviews what China has achieved in its reform and opening-up and the progress it has made in implementing the BRI with partner countries/regions, and looks into the future of the BRI.

Marek Hrubec is head of the Director and a Senior Research Fellow of Centre of Global Studies, Czech Academy of Sciences, and a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and of the International Academic Committee of the China-CEE Institute under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is the author, co-author and editor of many books and articles about globalization, China-Central Europe relations and cross-cultural dialogues.
