法律文書寫作與推理 作者簡介
張正怡，女，法學博士，上海政法學院教授、“問渠源學者”青年拔尖人才崗，上海市晨光學者，上海市涉外法律人才、青年法學法律人才，上海國際仲裁中心、上海仲裁委員會、合肥仲裁委員會仲裁員。美國國務院訪問學者，海牙國際法學院國際私法獎學金獲得者，講授課程“法律文書寫作與推理”被授予“上海高校示范性全英語教學課程”稱號，曾作為上海市高校教師培訓優秀學員獲上海市教wei微格教學風采展示文科冠軍。
錢沂青，女，法律碩士，曲靖醫學高等專科學校專任教師，畢業于上海政法學院國際法學院。曾入選“上海市高校學生赴國際組織實習項目”前往國際商會實習，擔任項目助理。
黃珮琦，女，法律碩士，畢業于上海政法學院國際法學院。曾入選“上海市高校學生赴國際組織實習項目”前往海牙國際私法會議實習，擔任項目助理。
范瑞娟，女，澳門大學金融學碩士，上海政法學院國際交流處外事干事，助教。
