面向工業軟件的數字工程與基于模型的系統工程 作者簡介

于永斌 博士,電子科技大學信息與軟件工程學院副教授,公安部信息安全等級保護高級測評師,四川省經濟和信息化廳、科技廳、省人防辦、省市場監督管理局大數據與人工智能專家,四川省大數據中心大數據標準化技術委員會委員。2013年9月-2014年9月,國家公派訪問密西根大學安娜堡分校(University of Michigan,Ann Arbor),2016年9月-2017年4月,訪問加州大學圣塔巴巴拉分校(University of California, Santa Barbara),獲得"四川省海外高層次留學人才”。2016年,獲電子科技大學第八屆教學成果二等獎;2018年,獲西藏自治區科學技術獎一等獎。2018年5月-2020年1月,選派到四川省經濟和信息化廳大數據產業推進處,任職副處長。主持/參研國家自然科學基金8項、國家重點研發2項、裝發預研1項、中國博士后科學基金1項、國家重點實驗室基金1項、四川省(人工智能)重點研發1項和多項橫向項目。現在主持科技部科技創新2030——"新一代人工智能”重大項目、工信部人工智能創新任務揭榜掛帥項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、四川省人工智能重點研發項目。主要研究方向為大數據、人工智能、非線性電路與系統、超大規模集成電路的版圖設計、現代控制理論及其應用等。近幾年擔任多個學術刊物(如IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、Neural Networks、Neurocomputing等)的審稿人與國際學術會議的Co-chair,在國內外學術刊物發表論文127篇,其中SCI檢索87篇;獲軟件著作權12項,授權國家發明專利18項,出版5部著作。
