績效管理專家,現任杭州考典信息科技有限公司總經理。畢業于浙江大學心理系、管理學院,管理學碩士。已出版《資深人力資源總監教你做薪酬》、《人力資源管理從入門到精通》等圖書7本。曾任職于中國網通、柳橋集團、南都電源、哲達科技等大中型企業、上市公司,歷任薪酬與績效主管、人力資源部經理、人力資源總監。曾獲杭州市首屆優秀HR經理獎、浙江省首屆雙十佳HR經理獎、第四屆中國人力資源管理大獎成果獎銀獎。曾為中國電信、中國聯通、中國網通、浙能集團、上海建工、深圳燃氣、塔里木油田、華立集團、中糧包裝、重慶市國資委、寧夏回族自治區國資委等單位提供過培訓,為浙江、上海、貴州、湖北等地企業及園區提供過咨詢服務。在《企業管理》《中國高新區》等雜志發表文章20余篇;接受過《都市快報》《中國產經新聞》、新浪微博等訪談。
